Sharon is the driving force behind Makin-Trax, from designing the method of training, to agility, daycare, grooming she does it all! She has been involved professionally with dogs for over 25 years. When she was nineteen, she started breeding Old English Sheepdogs and titling them in obedience and conformation. Eventually she got into breeding Belgian Sheepdogs and titled her dog Willy through all levels of competitive obedience under the Canadian Kennel Club. She also won titles in Schutzhund, Tracking and did Search and Rescue. Sharon has worked as a professional handler showing countless different breeds of dogs and even Alpacas over the years.

 Currently she owns and trains Dash, a King Charles Cavalier Spaniel. Dash is well on his way with great success in his first year of life he earned his Novice Rally-O and Advanced titles both with High in class scores. Not even two he has already achieved two legs in CARO Novice and CARO Novice Team.
